COVID-19 UPDATE

At this very stressful time, I am happy to be able to provide therapy sessions via Telehealth.  This means that sessions take place via a HIPPA-compliant, encrypted video link.  I am able to take on new clients ages 10 and up for telehealth sessions.  Availability is always changing, please click 'Contact Me' (above) to begin the process and  get more information.

I am currently scheduling hybrid neuropsychological testing sessions, meaning that as much testing is possible is completed via telehealth, followed by a single, in-person visit to complete the evaluation.  Continued testing is dependent on public health metrics for the area remaining relatively stable.
My services include:

Neuropsychological testing for children and adolescents

Individual and family psychotherapy specializing in:

✴              Anxiety, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, selective mutism, and specific phobias: I used a CBT-based appproach,                                                     incorporating exposure therapy, cognitive reframing and mindfulness training

✴              ADHD: My approach with children under the age of 13 begins with parent coaching, bringing the child in as needed.  Parent coaching for                                          ADHD includes helping parents learn the research-based, specialized behavior management strategies and parenting techniques that                                  help kids with ADHD regulate their behavior and emotions

✴             Consultation with parents for special education planning and other educational issues
